Racecon Products will ship all products within 3 days after recieving payment.Racecon is a manufacturer and some products may be in the final stage of manufacturing . We try and ship the next day after order is paid for. Australian deliveries are sent registered mail. If there are any stock issues you will be advised immediately.

For international customers 

If your item is under 2kg packed it is sent registered post. There is a registered post number with no online tracking.you must sign for proof of delivery this is a 5-10 business day service.For international customers with parcels over 2KG.Your item is sent registered EMS air express with online tracking number. This is also a 5-10 business day service.
Our refund and return policy

we do not normally give refunds if you :

• simply change your mind
• make a wrong decision

You can choose between a refund,exchange or credit where goods:

• Are faulty
• Have been wrongly described
• Are different to a sample shown to you,or
• Do not do what they are supposed to.

All returns must be sent back within 14 days of recieving and return cost  is the responsibility of the purchaser.
